- 10+ years Python expertise
- Deep GenAI architecture experience
- RAG and multi-agent systems knowledge
- Azure OpenAI deployment experience
- Advanced cloud-native architecture skills
Nice to Have
- Published thought leadership in AI/ML
- Experience building AI Centers of Excellence
- Enterprise architecture certifications (TOGAF, etc.)
