What You'll Do

• Lead client engagements from problem definition to solution implementation
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and business assessments
• Develop strategic recommendations backed by data and insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Contribute to firm knowledge and thought leadership initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Proven track record of leading complex transformation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience managing client relationships at senior levels
• MBA from a top-tier business school preferred
