Performance Testing Engineer

About the Role

Ensure application stability, reliability, and performance across enterprise-scale systems through performance engineering, capacity planning, and system scalability validation.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute load, stress, and endurance tests
• Develop performance test strategies and frameworks
• Establish performance baselines and KPIs
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve scalability issues
• Build performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Generate performance reports for stakeholders
• Define production performance monitoring standards

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Performance Testing
• Strong knowledge of performance concepts & methodologies
• Hands-on with JMeter / BlazeMeter / Gatling
• Programming experience in JavaScript / Python / BeanShell
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle / Postgres)
• Strong debugging and issue investigation skills
• JSON-based test data generation

• CI/CD integration experience
• Blob storage & ETL pipeline knowledge
• Docker / Kubernetes
• Datadog / Grafana monitoring tools
