About the Role
Establish strong release governance, ensure predictable deployments, and minimize production risks across enterprise SaaS and cloud-native systems.
What You'll Do
- Own release calendar across Dev, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Prod environments
- Manage major releases, minor releases, and hotfixes
- Lead go/no-go decision forums
- Design formal release management processes
- Define entry/exit criteria & versioning strategy
- Implement audit-ready approval workflows
- Validate CI/CD pipeline readiness
- Ensure rollback & disaster recovery preparedness
- Oversee Azure deployment pipelines
- Drive structured sign-offs and manage risk and incident readiness
- Lead production deployment bridges
What We're Looking For
- 8–12+ years IT experience with Release Management focus
- Strong knowledge of SDLC & DevOps
- Azure cloud experience
- Enterprise-grade deployment governance
- Familiarity with ITIL principles
Nice to Have
- IoT or enterprise SaaS exposure
- Experience in regulated environments
- Release framework setup experience
